Wildline American Bulldogs Guarantees that the puppy#______________ sold on ____________________ is in good physical health on the date of purchase and that the puppy is a registered purebred American Bulldog.
All of the necessary shots and de-worming have been done and a health record was provided.
Registration was provided (if received back from the registry at this time, if not buyer will receive them via postal mail as soon as this breeder receives them back from the registry) and puppy was bought for $___________________.
We also offer a replacement guarantee on our puppies, up to 2 yrs. of age, if the puppy develops any congenital or heredity defects, we will replace the puppy with another of the same sex at our first opportunity, provided that conditions in this contract are met and kept by the buyer. If your pup has any congenital or heredity defects, You can (A.)either keep that puppy(and still get a replacement), (B.) or put the animal down(and still get a replacement), (C.) or you can find the pup a new home(and still get a replacement). We will need proof from your Vet sent to our Vet for verification.
Wildline American Bulldogs or David & Lisa Frager are not liable for any trouble or damages your dog happens to get into(train your dog).
If these steps are not taken this contract is Void!
If these rules are broken the buyer will owe us the price of the puppy, voided contract, and legal fees to pick up puppy and travel expenses
1.) Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog be sold, leased, traded or given to another family, any pet shop, research laboratory, similar facility or other breeder. Without contacting this breeder first.
2.) Buyer will send this breeder a photo of this puppy in one and two years of age.
3.) Will properly train puppy and if buyer can't, they will hire a professional trainer.
4.) "Wildline's" prefix will remain on all puppies papers sold..
5.) Wildline American Bulldogs retains full unconditional "breeding rights" to all Male pups sold from Wildline American Bulldogs for the life of pup/dog. Wildline American Bulldogs reserves the right to have all males "collected", by a qualified Vet. and semen from them sent to Wildline at our cost.
6.) No illegal activities will be done buy owner with a Wildline Dog or any other dog buyer owns. If found that illegal activities are done buy owner with any dog, Wildline has the right to take the Wildline American Bulldog back.
7.) No puppy will be spayed or neutered without consent from David or Lisa Frager. Wildline is all for spay/neutered but you need our permission first!
8.) Puppy will be brought to your Vet within 72 hours after receiving puppy for health check. This is State Law.
